Tanqueray No.Ten London Dry Gin
Tanqueray® N o. TEN ™ is a hand-crafted, small-batch luxury gin, uniquely made using whole, fresh citrus fruits and chamomile flowers for a fresh crisp taste and a deep complexity of flavour that is unlike any other. Made using the same tiny No. TEN™ still to create the fresh heart still that Charles Tanqueray commissioned in the 19th century, it has a phenomenal heritage of sophisticated drinking, and is the ideal ingredient for the Ultimate Martini cocktail.
The Gin category is currently underway in the 2nd month of the World Class Program in South Africa. Each bartender from selected outlets is to submit a World Class Recipe containing Tanqueray® No. TEN™ Gin. They will be judged on the following; how well their recipe magnifies the brand, how relevant the name and style of the drink is to the Tanqueray brand, taste and aroma and finally the overall look and presentation of the drink. The bartenders are also expected to show a picture of the perfect serve as well as answer some category Knowledge questions. All of the above will determine who the World Class Bartender of the month will be!
